The location of Yasmin Al Majd is exceptional, just a 10-minute walk to the Haram. It’s right on Ibrahim Khalil Road, surrounded by numerous restaurants and shops. Room 105 was cozy and comfortable. The staff, especially Arwa at the reception and Tufail Ahmad from housekeeping, provided excellent service, always friendly and helpful. AC cooling worked perfectly, adding to our comfort. I encountered some issues, though. I asked the receptionist a day in advance for a late check-out, but the next day another staff said it wasn't possible, forcing me to rearrange my taxi pick-up at the last minute. During my 23-night stay, noise from outside was a constant annoyance, even with the windows closed. Some maintenance issues in the bathroom, like a poorly fixed door handle, also detracted from the experience. The twin room felt small, and the elevators were often overcrowded, making it challenging to move around during peak times. Room service was consistent and polite, which was a plus.

No view from the room, just a backside outlook. Room decor feels outdated, carpets and furniture appear dull and could use an update. Small bathroom with poor drainage resulted in water spilling onto the floor during showers, making for a messy situation. Some wardrobes had unpleasant smells, while the curtains often fell down, requiring makeshift fixes. The mattress was hard, causing back discomfort.

clean, comfortable, affordable
I stayed for 2 nights in a Beautiful Double Room, and I was genuinely impressed! The room was impeccably clean and came with a powerful AC, which was perfect after long days exploring. Its location was fantastic-just a 10-15 minute walk from Al Haram, and I found the price to be reasonable!
strongly recommend 😍❤️

The elevator service was often overcrowded, leading to long waits during peak hours, especially before and after prayer times.
